Annual Social Reservation
Use this form to submit a request the Club Administrator to reserve space for you at the Annual Social. Attendance at meetings is restricted to active members in good standing and their guests. Cancellations and refunds are available only one week prior to the meeting.
The cost is $75.00 per person. After submitting this form, you will be guided to either pay on-line by credit card or by mailing a check.
